About Us

The Seoul Center for Finance and Innovation (SCFI), established in 2011 through a partnership between the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MOEF) of the Republic of Korea and the World Bank Group, is a World Bank regional trust fund that plays a unique role in advancing financial and private sector development in the East Asia and Pacific region.
